Suzann Brent

Suzann Brent has 30 years of experience in construction project management. Her expertise in the overall planning, coordination and control of a project from inception to completion always aimed at meeting the client’s requirement brought her to Seattle Seismic Group.

Deeply involved in project management, budgeting, identification of resources and cost operation analysis of each project has set her apart in each position she has held. Suzann has overseen projects ranging from $3M to $30M in all parts of the country.

She has worked for some of the major real estate companies in California which include CB Commercial, Kennedy-Wilson, Arden Realty, Charles Dunn Company and Matrix Seismic Group Corp.
